The OZtrail Outback Comforter -5C Queen Size Sleeping Bag is apart of the OZtrail Journey Series! The Journey Series consists of hooded and camper style bags that are specifically designed to suit the needs of a touring traveller. The superior ExoTherm Xr insulation fill caters to a range of temperature ratings! The OZtrail Outback Comforter -5C Queen Size Sleeping Bag provides you with a comfortable and warm sleeping bag that is designed to fit snuggly onto a queen camping mattress. This excellent sleeping bag has a flannel cotton lining, an all-cotton outer cover and 300gsm polyester filling that is quilted in position to ensure you have even distribution and warmth. The filling has two offset layers which trap warm air and removes cold spots. It also features rugged and secure auto-lock full-length zips to ensure easy access to the bag with an eziglide guard to prevent the zip from snagging.

“We bought this imagining a beautiful soft cotton flannel lining. What we got feels like one of those cheap disposable table cloths you might see at Christmas lunch at you grandmas house. The worst part of it all is that we have been told we cannot return it because it has been opened. Never used, just opened it to see what it was like. A big waste of money. Do not believe all these 5 star reviews.”

“Where do I start?! This is not a sleeping bag, it doesn't come close. This is like falling asleep between a flock of sheep inside of a pillow factory while chubby angels caress your body with marshmallows. I'm not going to lie to you fellow camper, this thing has not seen the inside of a tent, and I don't think it ever will. I have merely got it home from Tentworld Midland and threw it onto of our queen bed at home. I will, however, be buying a second one, for the tent. Last night was the best sleep I have had in years- and trust me, I go to sleep nearly every night! Gone are the days of the slippery shiny, fluorescent, super light, dual weave, NASA inspired, body hugging, high density, ripstop, Xtreme -63 degree, 27gram sleeping bag. This OZtrail outback comforter is the future. -- The outside is a rugged cotton but still gentle to the touch and eye. -- The inner flannel is not as soft as your 'best going out flannel' shirt, but more like your 'this weekend I'm going to lay some bricks' shirt, I dare say this will soften a little with wear and use. -- I don't know what "two offset layers of 150 gsm high loft hollow chamber polyester fibre" means, but I'm sure glad it has it! -- I don't like the feeling that I'm going to die some horrible claustrophobic trapped death, drowning breathlessly in my dark sleep. Thankfully the missus does! Which is a bonus because I can completely unzip my side to the center of the feet end and allow some air flow, while she sleeps on her side completely zipped up. Best of both worlds. -- The 'convenient carry bag for easy transport' is pleonasm. Some reviews have dropped stars, complaining about the temperature rating. You're right, this will not keep you warm at the top of Everest. Are you going to everest any time soon? I have had dreams never dreamt about before in this thing. Dont hum over if you need it, you need it. Buy it. Buy it now. You can thank me later. Sincerely, the well rested one. Edit: I have snuck out of the bedroom to write this review. The missus just came out and asks me what I am doing half naked on the couch with the laptop on my lap. Me: I am writing a review. Missus: About the magical bed? Me: Yup. Missus: That magical bed is a amazing, I could sleep forever! Me: <smiling> <with no bags under my eyes>”

“So comfortable and cosy! We can't wait to get into it at night. The lowest temp we have been in it is at -1 and we did need to throw another blanket over us before dawn, but still very impressed. Would buy again!”

“The sleeping bag arrived very quickly after finalising the purchase from Tentworld, the only complaint was the courier threw it over the fence and broke the box :-( . Would have been easier to use the gate !!!!! I have used this sleeping bag and found it comfortable and warm in - 2 degree weather .... so happy!!! And I found it easy to pack up at the end of the trip.”
