With large doors, zipped fly-screen windows, a mesh drain in the shower space and a mesh inner ceiling, the Joolca Double Ensuite Tent has superior ventilation! Along with the steel poles and dome lock, this ensuite is incredibly durable and will last for plenty of your adventures. The Joolca Double Ensuite Tent, whilst stable when freestanding, still includes tie-downs and pegs for windy days! “Bought this ensuite tent because it looked idea for bush camping but when we got it home we found that one of the clips that holds the laundry bag on was broken. We contacted Tentworld straight away and they were very helpful and said we could swap it for another one or they could contact Joolca and get us a replacement sent to us. But that's where it all went wrong as Joolca said they would send the the part to Tentworld overnight. 4 weeks later Tentworld was still waiting for the part! It was only when my partner shamed Joolca on Facebook they sent the part. So now we thought good we shall go camping on the weekend and try the ensuite tent out. It rained a bit on the weekend and because the tent has 2 roof zipped vents the rain comes through the open end zips and gets your thing inside ( toilet paper) wet. So OK that's not the best design idea so we thought we would buy the ensuite awning that is another $89 extra to fix that problem! As we were still away we thought we would buy the item directly from the Joolca ebay store as it promised quick delivery for the middle of the next week. That was the second mistake! We are still waiting for the item a week later and item tracking doesn't even show that it has left the warehouse yet. So I contacted them today and they emailed me back to say they will look into my problem in the next 3 to 5 business days ! So what I am telling everyone that buys a Joolca item you better hope you don't need to get customer service from them.”

“I'm known in the office as the one to buy lots of random stuff. I told everyone on the latest package arrival it's a new ensuite shower tent, it will be up in 30 seconds they say. A few of the campers in the room were immediately skeptical. "Yea that's what they all say". There was an "I hate camping so much packing up and putting away." I unpackaged it, removed what little wrapping there was and then set to work. I must say it took me about 45 seconds as I didn't know what I was doing, being male, not reading instructions and being careful of how far the legs go up without having them get removed. Little did I know there are the little popout grooves that lock into place when it's in the right spot. "Yea now put it down as fast". That came as the next question and as quick as it went up, folded in the legs, wrapped it back in its bag and I was done. Can't wait to get it out with the new hottap and do some camping. My entire mission was for my whole campsite setup and packup time to be less than 10 minutes. These products 100% aid in allowing me to achieve this.”
