“The email situation was confusing and I had to telephone you which was a little annoying to confirm I had purchased an "on-line voucher" as the emails I had all referred to a postal address. Immediately after purchase a bunch of emails arrived, but not the one with the voucher. It apparently took longer.”

“well a voucher is a voucher, yet it can be exchanged for goods and services.... i had absolutely no problems at all with my local tent world or online store at all.. for a company that has what you needs is local, and the guys know about stuff if you wanna know... its a shop to hop to.. 9/10 shopping experience”
