There are not many kind words to say how much we dislike your service,coverage,and quality of calls. We are unable to drive 5 miles out of town (Sparks,Nevada) and have any phone service at all. Most recently on a trip to Winnemucca,Nevada. Most phone conversations either local or otherwise per persons we are speaking to on these phones are unclear,fuzzy or echoing in most cases. We are in the process of checking other carrier's although the best thing we can say about text now is your price per line but will be discontinuing our service with you as soon as possible. I would also like to mention our daughter has her service through you and at the time had been pleased and we signed up per her recommendation almost one year ago and at this time she is equally dissatisfied. “This is the second Samsung Galaxy S6 I've had in one year, it the screen is completely shattered. I'm very careful with my phone and always have protective casings in it. I pulled it out of my pocket one day, and it had cracked pretty bad, just from being in my pocket, apparently. Since then, it's slowly been shattering. Almost every day there's a new crack, not from dropping it, just from being a weak, terrible design. Don't buy this phone. Save your money and get an older model.”
