“well, everything work in may/june 2018 when i first got it for something like $400 refurbished from textnow.now september/oct 2018 it is rapidly becoming low functioning.i "chatted" with textnow "help" after a series of blackouts quik power failures(after telling me they were available on the weekend when i NOBODY WAS RESPONDING TO CHAT) that i had to get back to them when the power was at %20 .i have a job and its hard to figure that out i feel ripped off and i drive i need the maps app-not working-im a new driver in a new state.maybe you guys should exchange my phone as promised at purchase.”
