“I'm beyond disgruntled with this $hit $how of a wireless plan. It just plane sucks.
I don't know if it's the phone or my 2GB/month TextNow service plan, or a combination of both but I have never been so frustrated with my carrier. Dropped calls, delayed voice transmission, failed text transmissions, failed text receptions, bogus LTE reception (no data service when phone is showing 4 LTE bars), absolutely ZERO support from TextNow (very limited customer service hours - especially if you live anywhere but Eastern Time Zone and they did not respond to several of my emails). The Moto E4 has some hardware issues; charging the phone is painfully slow and my phone would not charge at all while I was trying to download a video. I came from owning iPhone's for the past 7 years but had to cut back due to recent unemployment. I can't wait to own something better than this pos.”
