“A wonderful looking speaker, especially in the custom Piano paint finish. The sound is open and detailed. They present a very good stereo image of the music. The sound that comes out of such a compact cabinet is amazing in scale and depth of bass. I would recomend that anyone interested in a new speaker in this price range, to give these an audition.”

“Great speakers. In addition to my review, I must commend the sterling service offered by all the staff at Audiobarn. My demonstration of the speakers was handled by Ben, who was only too happy to assist with humping around a large selection of heavy speakers for me to listen to. (They also had to tolerate my eclectic choice of music !) Their after sales service that they offered me was also exemplary. An excellent dealer.”

“Great speakers that bring out the best of my Naim and Roksan components. They replaced an elderly pair of British made speakers that I have enjoyed for more years than I was entitled to (24 !), which failed earlier this year. They are running in nicely now, and I am suffering (!) from the usual experience of wanting to keep playing albums, that haven't seen the light of day for a few years ! I recommend that the three versions (Signature, Avantgarde, and Arrete) are on anyones audition list for speakers in this price range.”

“Detailled, grounded, great range and just wonderful to listen to. Matched to Cyrus kit and CHord cables. Well worth getting the 'Freedom Grounding' cables. Very pleased.”

“These speakers are one of the best build quality I have seen over other speakers. The sound is very detailed and works well with a Naim amp. These speakers make me what to go through my collection as they bring out new things, that my other speakers, could not achieve.”

“Had settled on the Naim N272 pre-amp streamer and the Naim 250DR power amp, but needed to review a wide range of speakers, both stand and floor mounted. Excellent audition at the Barn, with Jack providing a wide range of speakers to test. Initially tested the Avantgarde model: these speakers brought the sound to a whole new level and just blew away all the opposition. Such clarity, faithful reproduction and warmth of sound takes your breath away. OK, they do cost more but the amazing sound was easily worth the extra - consequently went for the Arrete to get the max benefit. And they look absolutely amazing too which helps remove any objections around ugliness in the living room...Do give them a try if you possibly can.”
