“The balloon had deflated by the time I got home. The shop was closed so couldn't report it. The staff had been really helpful and I had chosen my balloons in shop as the one I ordered online wasn't available. They inflated them there and then. I have no doubts they would have changed it for me if they had known but I couldn't return it”

sorry to hear your balloon had deflated so quickly there is clearly some manufacturer fault which would not be picked up on as the balloon wasn't pre-ordered .
these things happen from time to time and we would have replaced or refunded if we were still open .
please accept our apologies and pop in store for a replacement balloon any time :)
