“Being not gifted with the baking gene, I embarked on these two cakes nervously. Shouldn’t have been worried - so easy. The carrot flavor was delish and not wrong the fudgey texture of choc. Only suggestion is a cutting line on the caramel pack - as it came out a bit thick and not as elegant as pics. Gold leaf is fiendish - a few more tips may be helpful.”
