This cake is outrageously good. It is light and fluffy in texture but deep in coffee flavour and dotted with decadent chunks of 70% Couverture chocolate. The cake and icing are both made with only the best quality espresso from Coffee Supreme and the Vahlrona pearls add a luxurious crunch alongside the salted caramel swirl.

“I purchased the vegan version of this cake for my mother-in-law's birthday. Everyone absolutely loved it - it's not too strong, not too sweet, it's just perfect. This will be my go-to cake for my in-laws' birthdays going forward. I personally am not a coffee drinker but I also really enjoyed this cake.”
