“I love the caker and I always recommend it to my friends and Family until my last order.
I ordered a Lemon Raspberry for a friend’s party but when I arrived to pick it up my cake was never made.
I had just confirmed the day before the pick up time and everything seemed to be in order.
I was most disappointed to find my cake had not been made and the staff didn’t have an answer for me as to why…. She just offered a chocolate one instead and my friend doesn’t like chocolate.
I had to take the chocolate as it’s better to arrive with something rather than nothing.
I was so embarrassed as my only job was to bring a non-chocolate cake to the party.
Now I will think twice about buying a cake from the camera for an important event because I can't be sure it will be organised.
I hope this never happens to anyone on such an important day.”
