“Ordered 2 weeks ago, order confirmed. No delivery and zero response to emails and no telephone number to contact. Amazing after giving negative feedback on another site within minutes I received an email apologising, this was Wednesday 7/3. Email stated would be contacted 8/3 (Thursday) and now its Friday, surprisingly that didn't happen. I can only assume that this company is in trouble or its a scam/fraud. Sadly Credit Card companies will not refund until 15 days have elapsed but I will be contacting them immediately on the 15th day! I did look at reviews before I ordered and I'm surprised to see positive reviews dated only days ago.”

“I made an order or 2 sets of car mats back in Feb. I order was correct but I was sent the wrong mats for the other order.... this is yet to be rectified and my emails are being ingnored.Rubbish customer service! Stuck with mats for the wrong car!!!!”
