“We ordered 2 sets of mats. One for a Skoda, one for a Hyundai i20. The skoda set arrived as expected. So far we have NOT had the Hyundai mats. There is no telephone number available. No response from emails. Cannot recommend them”

“Mats arrived very quickly,but they don't fit the car. Sent online form, said contact would be ASAP but no contact, ordered 6th Jan, now 25th Feb and still no contact or replacement or refund, emails not answered still waiting. Beware.”

“Their 3 to 7 day delivery service is clearly not adhered to. No mats at day 9 but also no reply to emails or request for an update. Money taken quickly enough! Poor customer service. Not sure if I'll even get my order.”

“I have placed an order and never received any updates from anybody in this company.I have placed an order on February 6th 2018 , until today I haven't received the product. Pathetic customer service , sent email, raised service ticket. No updates and even the live chat is never live, as there are no agents anytime during day or night to support any queries. I am worried if I have been cheated as the money is paid and nobody responds.”
