“Nowhere near as robust as original equipment manufacturers standard. Probably need to go up to premium levels for carpet to match OEM standard in which case price would be same as OEM price. Said in descriptive text that clips were provided where needed but only one rather than the 4 needed was included in delivery. Have requested the missing tips are sent asap Took sometime for carpets to be dispatched so assume the mats are made to order”

“I specifically ordered from this Company as the mats were described to fit my Subaru Impreza, but was disappointed to find that the back mats are too wide at the top, so 'fold up' at the sides when fitted, and the driver's mat is not shaped correctly round the accelerator pedal part. Also, the blue trim which I paid extra for isn't finished properly on one of the mats. I e-mailed the Company before writing this review to give them chance to sort the problems, but have not received a reply! Not good Customer Service!”

“disappointing ... the website was really user friendly ... it was easy to place an order ... the order arrived in reasonable time BUT sadly it was not the colour that I ordered and although I emailed in good faith requesting advice on how to return/replace, sadly got absolutley no response at all ... really disappointing”
