“Now the mats have FINALLY arrived, they seem to be okay. My main issue is the lack of response from the company when requesting information regarding the delayed order. We ordered two sets of mats, the first arrived within the quoted 7 days, but there was no despatch note and the email implied that both sets had been sent. There was no contact number so we sent numerous emails to both the customer.services@ address and the sales@ address, but received no response whatsoever. The 'missing' mats finally arrived several days later. Zero feedback from the company... not good!!”

“Firstly please look at Trust Pilot before you order from this company, I didn't and didn't see those reviews until I had ordered. My order took 9 days to be delivered so slightly later than I was told. I had no responses to my emails about where my order was until I had mentioned I was taking it up with my bank, had read trust pilot and was going to leave a negative review on trust pilot. After this email they started replying, only to tell me my order has been dispatched. To my surprise the mats arrived and fit perfectly. They don't seem as 'premium as I expected but they are fine and look lovely in my new car. I was very worried they wouldn't turn up and I had been scammed following on from the negative trust pilot reviews over the past year. Not sure what has happened over the year but there only seems to be negative ones from this period of time! The company have no phone number strangely so if you do not get replies to emails you may panic like I did! But the mats that arrived are fine. I do think customer service needs to be improved.”

“Mat shape fitted my car, but the retaining clips did not. I emailed customer services but didn't get a reply. I won't use again purely due to poor customer service, which is a shame. It's all about how you deal with customer complaints guys.”

“Not happy at all. The product looks very cheap for a premium version. The distance between the clips is wrong. A better option you can find it at Halfords for the same price.”

“The mats are great - but the drivers side does not fit properly and despite two emails - I cannot get any response to my query - after-service therefore poor, sorry - as I would love to give good feedback to a family run business....but cannot on this occasion.”
