“I wish I could give zero stars. Ordered mats, took 17 days to arrive. Mats don't fit my car at all. Locking mechanisms don't line up and missing from passengers side. Impossible to get refund, returns address doesn't exist. Cheap rubbish from China. Refund policy is only 14 days from order but took 17 days to arrive. AVOID AT ALL COSTS”

“Placed an order with this company very little communication from them when the order did eventually arrive it was faulty have since tried to contact them on numerous occasions but to no avail.I must learn not companies that do not provide a phone number are not worth trusting, a very poor after sales i will NOT use again.”

“I ordered some carpet clips for my Smart car unfortunately they didn't arrive in the specified time. I messaged them to enquire as to when I could expect them and disappointingly it took a further 3 messages over a couple of weeks before getting a very short "ok, I'll resend them", no apology for missing items or the fact I'd been ignored for so long? I was going to order a set of carpets so I had spares but feel my couple of quid for the clips wasn't important enough for them to be concerned about so wont bother giving them any more of my hard earned pennies.”

“Sadly this company is a joke. Firstly I ordered my mats on Sunday 25th February 2018 & delivery was quoted 3-7 days. They arrived on 22nd MARCH 2018, 25 calendar days later!! There isn't a telephone number so you can't call them so I emailed the company 3 times and NEVER once received a reply; so their customer service isn't just bad, it's none existent. I ordered the luxury 850gsm mats for £29.99 and can honestly say they haven't seen quality. The picture you see when you order, is nothing like the quality that arrives. The trim is poor at best and in some places isn't even sewn on properly around the edge. My friend ordered some custom mats on ebay and paid £6, we compared the two sets and there is absolutely no difference AT ALL. I do not understand where these positives reviews have come from but I'm guessing they're either fake or they are years old and MAYBE, just maybe The Car Mat Company once was a good company. If you don't believe my review, look on Trust Pilot and read them on there before wasting your money. In short; riddiculous delivery timescale, appalling quality mats and zero customer service. I will also be writing a review on Trust Pilot, to hopefully ensure somebody doesn't make the mistake I did.”

“Ordered mats 6 weeks ago. Received wrong mats and was told to post them back and they would refund the postage and new ones would be posted out straight away. No mats and no response to my numerous emails. I'm now out of pocket by £24.95 for the mats plus £4.94 for return postage!”
