“Appalling communication. Emailed them 3 times and got no reply.No telephone number to contact re complaints. Late delivery (10 working days instead of promised 3-7) and when they arrived they were for a totally different car!! I will never use them again and would NOT recommend anyone else does!”

“We ordered mats for a Mazda MX5. The blue piping around the mat was 1cm short. I have emailed your firm 3 times without receiving a reply. Very disappointed with your poor customer service. Apart from this minor fault the quality looks ok. Delivery was good even though we received an email to say orders were running behind. It’s a shame that you have let yourselves down by not responding to our emails.”

“Like others people reviewing. The mats I ordered did not fit. I tried to get hold of the carmat company and dispite 4 or 5 emails no joy or confirmations. Strange that a company has no phone number anywhere! I’ve been very disappointed with this company, had I known of this service quality I would have gone else where. Looks like I’ve returned mats and lost the money... so be warned...”

“This company is seriously lacking in customer service, on the website they appear great but before buying you MUST read the reviews from a couple of months ago to now....this is not a blip, they can't deliver the goods! I wrote three times and left a message on their Facebook page , all ignored. The generic message sent to everyone promised it was a hiccough but then no follow up... and no phone number! unfortunately completely foreseen. I would NOT recommend this company , totally dreadful.”

“I am sorry I every brought from this company. Ver, very poor service sent 3 emails and not one reply. Still no mats. Very poor company I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Get your act together and sort out your bloody customer services waste of time”
