“Had the wrong car mats delivered and the email address on the website seemed to disapear into a black hole. Only when I raised a case with PayPal to get my money back I got a reply to my second email rectifiying the issue. The mats them selves are good quality and fit nicely. Can't fault the quality of the product. Just disapointing customer service.”

“Sent three emails to enquire about delivery date and still no reply, but having read some of the reviews shouldn't be surprised!!!! The mats ordered on the 4th March , which is not too long, but if they only replied and kept you informed it wouldn't be so bad.”

“Like others before me, I am still awaiting delivery of very common Mini car mats and after nearly 2 weeks and numerous emails without a single response or the mats. I will wait 15 days then get onto my credit card company for a refund and if they come in the meantime, they will be going back unopened. Wish I'd have read the reviews first :-(”

“Terrible communication regards to my recent order. No online telephone number just online chat "whats the point having it if they dont reply" very poor quality mats the grade of mat very thin. Would not reccomend based on quality and poor communication.”

“Like others recently I ordered mats on the 1st March. Payment was taken straight away but as yet I’ve not had any update about my mats. Got one email on the 1st but with no order number and no phone number to contact. Have chased by email but no response”

“I ordered and paid £30 for car mats on 4th March - still not received them .? I e-mailed company to find out when the delivery would be made - no response. No communication from Car Mat Company once payment made. There are no telephone numbers to actually speak to someone. Very poor service.”
