“I ordered mats for my car but when they arrived one of the mats didn’t fit so was not fit for purpose. I raised this with the company and it was agreed to arrange a replacement. However when I suggested that given the company had sent mats that were not fit for purpose, the company should bear the cost of returning the mats it took eight days to get a response which was “ the matter had been escalated to a director “. After a further four days without any update I decided to return the mats at my own expense and get a refund which has left me out of pocket by nearly £10. I wouldn’t recommend them unless you are prepared to bear the cost of any returns in the event that the goods are faulty.”
