“I've been using this for about 8 months, it has been excellent and I would recommend. It is waterproof as such but despite freshwater wash and lugs in place the charge pins have corroded from exposure to salt water and collar is now for the bin.”

“If I could give 0 I would. Bought the XS doggy citronella collar, collar was faulty and didn't spray citronella at all regardless of full level of citronella. Nil response to noise or vibration of any kind - human or animal. Request sent for money back and return of 1 try collar. Nil response. Raised paypal complaint in hope of resolving. Nil response. Escalation of Paypal complaint currently in progress. Terrible service, poor quality products.”
