I really had high hopes after reading the reviews, but unfortunately, the collar didn't work for my bull terrier. I spoke to customer service before purchasing to make sure I was buying the best collar for my situation. But it only ever achieved intermittent correction. I tried everything in the manual to ensure correct fit and operation, and I was home all the time to watch what was happening. Collar frequently slipped to the side, or when sitting in the correct position, didn't seem to trigger. Collar worked when tested against a rough service as manual suggests, but just never seemed to respond to my dog on a regular basis. I rang customer service to seek further advice and they indicated it might be a fitting issue and maybe I could send it back and try another one, but it was impractical to send it back as the webbing was frayed at the end. Maybe it would be great if there was an option for a leather collar that might hold the sensor in a better position. I would also recommend the rental option for people with stubborn or very active dogs.

I was convinced to get this product to help contain our cat. When it arrived we immediately knew it was not suitable, the collar and prongs are too big for cats. I called/emailed them straight away and paid for the package to be sent back the next business day. I was very courteous when i asked for a refund saying was happy to cover post and it was not suitable. The manager decided to charge me 25% of the purchase cost as a restocking fee, even though it arrived back to them in the same condition. I asked very nicely if they would reconsider and my email was ignore a few times until i called. The staff working were quite nice, the Manager not so. I even said I would pay 10% restocking fee (thats $60) and a good review and he still said no. I would not recommend this company, as a small business owner myself the customer experience is key and this company is disappointing.

I placed an order on 11/12/21. On 11/15/21 I received an email informing me that my order had been shipped. My order never arrived and when I track my package with the USPS tracking #, it tells me the label was created on 11/15 but they still have not received the package. This was my first and my last order with this company! Of course they immediately billed my credit card! I sent them a message and have not heard back. I sent another message tonight. If I get no response, I will be disputing the charge on my credit card! Very dissatisfied and would not recommend this company!

Purchased dangerous dog collar and it broke after 3 walks and dog ran off. Emailed them and 2 months later still haven't heard anything

Lots of spam but not help when needed. I emailed the help desk to ask for assistance with it twice and they haven’t replied.

Colin phoned me back very quickly to discuss me wanting to return the products I was not happy with. This was really great. Unfortunately it was only after I posted a negative review regarding him avoiding all communication efforts from myself. He told me we could come to an arrangement if I removed my comments. A full refund was verbally agreed upon. After returning all products to the store however, Colin only partially returned my money and left me $784 out of pocket for products I can not use. He blamed me for not asking for assistance regarding set up at my home which is untrue because I did ask and was told the call out fee would be $150. I am now in contact with the product manufacturer in hope I can recover some of the $784 I desperately need. Also be aware that Colin advised me upon purchasing the products that he would appreciate a positive review but can I not mention what I bought because his pet boundary fences and training collars are now banned in most Australian states and territories. Colin asked me to take down my previous negative review upon leaving his store. Sorry Colin but your customer service and product quality deserves a 1 ⭐ review
