I was a bit unsure because it was a bit of an investment to try this collar... but im so glad i did! My puppy would excessively bark when in her pen and it was such a hassle... i didnt know if anything could work... we put this on level 1 at first and didnt do too much so we put it on level 2... this is enough for her.. she now doesnt bark even when she doesnt have the collar on while in her pen.. its AMAZING! We would just love a collar now that would sort the chasing chicken problem! Thanks for all your work.

The collar worked well and greatly reduced the barking. We managed to recharge the battery a couple of times during the retraining phase. Then stopped using it for a few months but found the battery wouldn't recharge when we needed to use it again. Am disappointed that we now have to buy another one.

Good product, it is our second one after the battery shorted out on the first one and stopped working, after 6 months We purchased the same collar again, no warranty on battery But we are seriously hoping this unit lasts as we may have just experienced a one off fault, hopefully, fingers crossed

Very impressed! My only regret is that I didn’t get one sooner. My furbaby is like a new dog. She even ignores the neighbours dogs now when they bark.

I have 7 dogs, Kelpies, Cattle dogs and a Mastiff. I have a BP 504 Barkless Pro for each of my dogs for when we are in town and can not recommend this product highly enough. It is EXTREMELY easy to set up, and EXTREMELY effective. My dogs are used to moving livestock and on our town block get over stimulated and triggered by kids riding their motorbikes backwards and forwards along the front fence line and other "town" distractions. Pre collars it was a nightmare trying to keep them quiet. Post collars is a whole different story. I love the fact that these collars have multiple settings and an automatic function that increases in severity as the barking continues. The belt type collar is excellent as it doesn't become loose during the day as the buckle locks into a hole...I have had terrible trouble in the past with the adjustable collars becoming ineffective because the plastic keeper slips and lengthens the strap as the dogs move around and play meaning that the box is no longer in contact with the dog's skin (and can also flip upside down ‍♀️). I've also had a lot less movement of the collar (box) sideways on the dogs neck than I have had with collars in the past. My dogs learnt within hours not to bark when this collar is on. I have tried a number of barking collars from different suppliers in the past, all of which have been a dismal failure. I

We have wild deer that run past our property at night and it was setting our dog off into hour long barking fits. We were getting threats from our neighbour. We tried keeping the dogs on the deck, running them frequently, leaving them with frozen kongs, etc. We purchased the BP-504 for our dog, and he learnt very quickly. He knows what the beep means, and we haven't had problems since. It was really useful that there was an online chat, email contact and a phone number to call making it really easy to get in touch with staff. I had a long talk on the phone when deciding on the product, then used the chat for follow up questions. Thank you!

After being contacted by the council we had to resort to a collar for our Doberman barking, mainly at people walking past the house, last thing I wanted to do. It’s been about 2 months now, yes she barks less but if the collar isn’t on, she’s back to ‘nutso’ again. I’ve set it to beep before stimulation but I can’t hear the beep anymore. Has anyone experienced a dog that still barks a lot when it’s off, I read that many dogs learn after a while and then they don’t have to use it anymore, what’s the secret?? Apart from my persistent dog, it’s a great product, although I do wish I knew how to set it where she was allowed to bark a few times before it activates.
