“We were upgraded from the collar we originally bought to this model by the staff. Has worked really well with my only reservation being the fairly poor English translation in the instructions which make it a bit tricky to know what you're doing at first. It would be good to have a better idea of the battery level and how much citronella is left, but it works fairly well and achieves the desired goal, which was reducing excessive barking!”
