“We have two 16 month old pups which mainly barked whilst we were not home and often enough to annoy the neighbors. Thankfully our neighbors let us know directly with out going to the council. We thought about collars, but one of the dogs has an extremely strong jaw and has chewed every collar off the other dog (and destroyed the electric fence receiver purchased as part of an invisible electric fence system from The Dog Line). Therefore, we opted to try the PetSafe Ultrasonic Outdoor Bark Control. The results have been amazing - not one bark since. Both the electric fence and bark controller work really well and we have very happy with the support received from Colin and his crew.”

“I got this product as my dog runs away when she sees a collar. It has exceeded my expectations. It works straight away where as shock collars take a few barks before there dog stops. Once bark, the red light goes on and she stops. Also worked well when I heard a group of dogs around. It kept them quiet.”

“When you live on a property 10m by 50m and surrouded by 3 neighbours that have barking dogs as well as your own it sounds like living in the middle of a dog kennel. Don't put up with years of annoying neighbours dogs barking 24/7. This little device worked instantly on the bastard of a dog at the back that the owners would do anything about reducing the barking issue. It worked so well I purchashed another one to stop our dogs barking when we are not at home and to stop the mungle next door barking when we are at home. Best $150 per unit I have spent on a product in years.”

“We have a small Shitzu Lhasa Apso cross who seldom barks of a day, but hates the wood pigeons roosting of a night time in the trees in the garden and the visiting fruit bats. Not a hardcore case by any means, just a pain. Once started it takes an outside visit by his very unappreciative human(s) to get him back inside - not much fun for said humans in the middle of the night. Even locked inside he will create a ruckus. Not wanting complaints from neighbours and disturbed sleep, we had previously tried a bark control collar but the need to remember to charge it and put us on of a night was a downside and it did not result in the necessary deterrent. However the Outdoor Bark House has worked brilliantly, from the first night. We located it approx 70cm above the ground near the back fence facing into the yard, the back patio and the dog door and near his favourite location for barking. On the first night, he started to bark and stopped in surprise after 2 barks and returned indoor. Second night, one bark and same result. Since then, silence - well, almost - restricts himself to a short period of rumbling, grumbling and growling which is fine and not enough to disturb the neighbours or us. Very happy as we don’t want to silence him, just turn down the volume. Also, it does not stop him barking if someone enters our front yard as we are fine with this. All in all very happy with a great product. Speedy delivery and great communication from the Dog Line was appreciated.”

“The more I hated the neighbours the more agressively it barked. Now I can talk to the neighbour without having to argue about the dog. And the dog seems happier too. He still barks, but only enough to stop him! A very easy way to neighbourhood happiness.”
