“The city ranger arrived the same day as my bark collar came in the mail, thank goodness. The unknown neighbour who had complained to the city council could not back up their story with any evidence because my dog has been quiet since. I've only used level 1 because it was immediately effective. It means my rescue dog will not be taken away as I had tried every other means to stop him barking when I wasn't home (he never utters a sound when I'm there other than a delighted bark when he sees his lead come out and knows there's a walk coming up). Thank you so much for this product.”
