“The training collar itself works very well and as advertised. We were please with the multiple settings so that we could use a very low "buzz" to get the dog's attention without hurting him. The biggest negative, and it is an expensive one, is the rate at which the batteries get used. Not only are they very costly to buy, but all the dead ones have to be recycled. We have stopped using the collar as we had spent over $80.00 on batteries in a few weeks. I would no recommend this product for this reason.”

“When I received the dog collar I found it to be faulty. I spoke to Carmen and she advised me to send it back to pay... They were going to check that the replacement collar worked and send it to me. I rang this morning and left a message for you to ring and as yet I have not received an answer. This is not going down very well!!! What is it take our money and send us faulty goods and don't keep your word.... You make out your concerns for us as customers and don't follow it through.”

“Well, I wish that I could report success. Alas, this girl is a tough nut. I will keep it for possible future use with another dog, I have trained working Irish Setters for 35 years without ever having a barking problem. Thankfully she isn’t a persistent barker just gets excited when I am heading up to the dog run first thing in the morning, OK after that.”

“The Barking Collar we have had for two years is not working now and have tried new batteries. Have left several messages for someone to call me, as the person that answers the phone is a trainee and cannot help. Still no call back after several days and several messages left. Disappointing as have had good service form them before.”

“Hi is it normal that the battery would die after 2 weeks on being on Level 3? I read your reviews and it said to allow a few weeks for the dogs to realise the sound is when barking however when i checked the unit yesterday as the dogs continued to bark the green light wasnt flashing. I changed the battery and it starting flashing again. I expected more then 2 weeks for battery life. At this stage the unit has not made a difference to the dogs barking.”

Hi Adam, It would be best if you let us check your unit first. We talk with you personally over the phone so we can discuss it with you. The battery life would depend on how many times this unit emits ultrasonic wave when it picks up barking from dogs within the area that you set it up.
