“The product we received was exactly what we expected and has helped us immensely in training our rescue adult French Bulldog in learning appropriate behaviour. The collar was exactly as described and came with a useful guide book for most suitable use. Unfortunately we were very disappointed that we paid for Express delivery on Wednesday, the goods were despatched Thursday evening but we did not realise the WA location of the warehouse, meaning we did not get the goods by Express post at all - we received them on Monday which would be the same time as normal post. Plus we then were not here to sign for the delivery, so it was Tuesday. This is not a great experience at all.”

“The servcei from DOGLINE itself was very good, easy to purchase and use the website and product received promptly, but I recently purchased a PetSafe Ultrasonic Indoor Bark Control – Single, although I have followed all guidelines associated with this item (distance, placing, area, no barriers, one dog, indoors etc), it has made absolutely no difference to the level, length or intensity that my dog barks for. There are no external stimulus causing her to bark and she is in a very small shower room with clear, unblocked, audio path to the Bark Control. I am very disappointed as I chatted with the DogLine help line before purchasing this item.”

“Unable to use it as I cannot undo the clasp. Rang your office I was charge $5 for postage to get another collar. It has never turned up. Not happy. Dawn McCarthy”

“Have had these before & doesn't work 100% for my Golden Retriever. A lot of money. Just got another and while I guess it alleviates the problem a little - it's not the best. Regards Jenny”

“No issues with supplier or product. Has no effect on my dog (ACD). The light flashes continuously, but only produces the odd shake of his head & makes him crankier. Might work with "softer" dogs though. Have given myself a shock & it got my attention.”

“Unfortunately, this did not work for my dog. He is still barks aggressively at the neighbours and anyone who walks past or along our fence line. I would like some advice on how to stop this plz......................................................”
