“actually need this type of containment system for our cats. it was a bit confusing as to whether the small dog collar is suitable for a cat. i think there may have been some mention of this on your site but perhaps you could extend your range to specifically cater and promote the system for cat containment. we had trouble finding any Australian supplier of specifically a cat system. there is a company doing it for cats in the US but they won't ship to Australia. even the small collar supplied is heavy and bulky for our cats so we'll see how it goes??”

“I have used The Dog Line for a number of years and found them reliable, competitively priced and quick on delivery. However, a recent purchase of dog training collars reveals that there is room for improvement. It is not good practice when the exact product I had ordered online and checked by ringing them to verify what I would be getting, to then send an alternative product because it was unavailable. One should contact the customer first to see if the alternative is acceptable or wait for the right one to be in stock. But for this I would rate them at least good.”

“Bought a bark collar, it arrived promptly i charged it up over night (about 20 hours) put it on my dog and fitted it correctly, it doesn't work! He barks and barks and barks with no correction from the collar very disappointed i wasted my money.”

“Problem with collar- no slot for battery cover to go into so unable to close properly. Called the Dog Line and was just told that they all usually go on and without having a look at one they couldn't help so to use some tape over it to hold it. Needless to say collar stopped working after a week - waste of money”
