“I ordered the Citronella Bark Collar back in September & the charger cord broke not even after a handful of uses. My daughter got charged for a new cord, which didn't work - she should not of been charged as it is under warranty & we are still waiting on the refund for it plus the customer service that we got was dismal. We sent the collar back plus the new cord & we are still waiting on a refund.....Not impressed at all. No response to my last email of two weeks ago...”

“I didn’t use it. It was recommended but I thought it way too big for a little dog. Also, it’s probably me but I didn’t understand the instructions either. I can’t say if it was a good or bad product.”

“Doesn’t work. My dog is a 3.3 kg chihuahua cross. This collar is supposed to be for tiny dogs however it never goes off when she barks. The neighbours are still upset with her barking relentlessly when she is home alone and when we are home with her, we notice it does not spray at all when she barks. Ineffectual and no assistance from the company when I contacted them.”

“Works great, helped to reduce barking in a week. Sometimes it sprayed when dog was playful growling, even at low sensitivity setting.”
