“We all love our dogs - right? So when we started having issues with the neighbour regarding our 1 year old Labradoodle barking we urgently looked for a solution. We picked the best, most expensive, bark collar we could find. This thing works! However - it cost $150 and it cost us $7/day to run (to buy the cartridges). I didn't do my research properly. And when I thought that I could refill the cartridges (because the website says that all PetSafe bark collars can be refilled), I then read the small print which says "except the cartridge model". I have wasted $200 and I'm not happy. Pick the $30 alternative - rechargeable, refillable, does the same job.”
