“Prior to sending my footwell module for repair, my interior lights were not working, as well as my exterior lights, signal lights, power windows, and power door lock. After the repair of my footwell module, my interior lights, and power windows and power door locks are now working, but not the signal lights or the external head lights. My headlights now stay on the whole time and I cannot control them or use high beams, unless I turn off the car they then turn off.
I'm relying on the extended warrenty for additional repair to fix the current issues.
Otherwise, I've been very pleased with the customer service represantatives who offerred full explaination of the repair process and timing including shipping time. The repair and the return shipment was pretty fast too.
