“It did not work with our panel version. Pily told me one device could not be returned for credit because the tamper seal had been broken. She was so sorry for this. Then you send me another device and low and behold the tamper seal is broken and someone put box tape around it the box, as a way to see if its been opened, so when I opened, it also does not work with our version of FCI panel. I took pictures of the packing as soon as I opened the fed ex package and sent it via email back to yall. I am waiting for someone there to help make us whole and right. Thank you.”
