“Tracking did not work. Was told it was out for delivery on Tuesday, but tracking showed it had not been picked up. After several emails to customer service, I was told it was on its way and it arrived on Thursday.”

“After a bit of a wait the order came through, but it came on a large lorry that couldn't get near the drive so the driver had to trolley it up - and it weighs a lot!”

“I had conflicting messages about the 3 items to be delivered, Wrong carrier quoted. Tracking useless. I had to follow up on a 3rd item. Not coordinated overall. Positively prices for the items the best available-BUT- logistics-wise a failure.”

Hi Noel Thank you for taking time to leave a review. As we use direct fulfillment from the manufacturer/UK distributor of any given brand, we do rely on them to provide accurate courier tracking details. In the case of palletised deliveries however there is usually lmited online tracking. We are striving with our suppliers to provide the quickest and smoothest delivery solutions. Kind regards Nicki

“I have put poor only because I expected the carrier to update me regard to delivery as I had to be in to sign for product. There was no update from the carrier after I had been notified that the product had been dispatched. I missed the first delivery so had to rearrange for another day.”
