“i bought these as base for my first ever attempt to make chili paste at home (FWI…Ohio, so hot chilies are not common) . am very happy with the flavor and quality. Hot variety was not as hot as i expected, but still very satisfied with the product. i will continue to but more chilies The Hatch Chili Store.”
