“This batch of 10 lbs of Hot Chopped Chile was chopped too fine. I much prefered the coarse chopped like I received on previous orders. Hope you go back to the coarse chopped.”

“First order arrived thawed. Second order arrived thawed! I requested they shipped overnight so this wouldn't happen AGAIN!!! What a waste!! I am very upset!!! It's Saturday, so I can't talk to anyone until MONDAY!! I really want to make green Chile enchiladas!!”
