“This is the fourth or fifth box of chiles I've ordered from this company. Which means I'm either a glutton for punishment or I really like dealing with this company. Just FYI, I like to remain punishment-free, so you draw your own conclusion. I appreciate that ordering is quick and easy, that delivery is hassle-free, and most importantly, that the chiles taste GREAT. Personally, I think they could be a bit hotter, but that's just me. Once you get past the heat, the chiles have wonderful flavors. I'm always trying to figure out how I can incorporate them in my cooking. I even shared some of these wonderful chiles with the late, great and dearly missed Daddy Jack from Cooking with the Blues, and he made up an absolutely AMAZING chowder with them. “There’s nothing better than authentic, roasted NM Hatch green chile, and your product was absolute perfection. We left NM after 40 years, and it’s been sad without our beloved green chile. We finally gave up on substitutes and are loving the real thing - great smokiness and heat (we got the hot - people in other states don’t understand what hot is!). I guess we’ll be regular customers for life because we’re not putting up with imposters who miss the mark by leaps and bounds. We’re enjoying topping all our favorites with your green chile - outstanding.”

“Hatch green chile has become an essential part of our well being. As a result, to ensure our bounty lasts longer this year, I ordered another batch. Superb! However, for next year's processing, I'd like to suggest a finer chop, as the current size remains quite large for most recipes.”

“For many years I have roasted, peeled and bagged green chili. I especially love the super hot. Seems to only be able to get it, when fresh. This year, I chose to let Hatch Chili, do the work and have my ready- to go 5 lb. bags sent to me. Love it, wonderful company and super chili.”
