“The chili arrived frozen and will be appreciated for months to come. I also ordered medium chili for a family in MI. I did not receive e-mail verification of the order with tracking info so I tried to call you but no one answered the phone. I submitted my order again. This time the verification came through, but, 2 orders were delivered. I will have no trouble finding thankful taste buds for this double order, but it is a glitch in your system that you may want to check into.”

“First of all I love your Chilis and your work ethics; however, my first order was not correct and I didn't fuss,but I got no mild chopped chilis; only whole. I dont make rellenos so wouldnt have ordered whole. When my replacement hot chilis arrived, they were hot; no dry ice, so another box was sent out that also came without dry ice and the chilis were not cold. For this reason I will probably not be ordering with you next year; although the chili rellenos that came in the first box with dry ice are very tasty. All the best and good luck with your shipping. “Awesome! Our move to Florida is now complete! Having grown up on Hatch chile, it is not an option going without! We order and have fresh frozen chile delivered, cook up a batch of green chile sauce, and put it, and fresh chile, in and on EVERYTHING! Life is good!”

“This was a present for my husband. He said the flavor is good. My only issue is Fedex delayed the delivery a day and the chile was completely thawed out. I did put it in the freezer as soon as I got it so I hope it is okay being refrozen.”
