“Living in California it isn’t easy getting true hatch chile. This shipped fast and packaging was great. After cooking with one bag, hands down excellent quality chile and 100% worth the price. Will be ordering again next year!”

“Last year the frozen chopped medium green chile came in bags marked with the Chili Store label and high quality no seeds. This year the bags are generic, unmarked and the chile is loaded with seeds”
