“I just received the roasted green chiles and have only made the green chile butter and it was delicious. We slathered it on our warm homemade tortillas shells. Yum! I'm excited to try more recipes using the Hatch green chiles. Certainly a quality product.”

“The frozen packages of chopped green chili arrived on the afternoon I was making a double batch of white chile. How good is that! The recipe called for 2-4oz cans of Hatch’s chopped green chili. I used the 1# package of fresh, frozen green chili. The added color, cut and flavor was incredibly delicious.”

“These Hatch chopped green chili packages were nicely packed in a insulated container to prevent them from thawing out. The packages can be thawed out individually and havea ziplock bag for resealing. The product itself was excellent, as always and we shared our with family and friends.”
