“Right now my chiles are in the freezer, for winter dishes. I lived in New Mexico so I know first hand that Hatch Chiles are the BEST! My local grocery in Wisconsin roasts Hatch Chiles every August, oh that roasted Chile fragrance! There's nothing like it. I buy from Hatch Chile because I can get the mild flavor. They arrived still frozen in 1# bags. Perfect for my family . Keep up the great service.”
