“Chiles and the bacon were both great. The shipping was very poor. No dry ice left, box was soaking wet when it got here! Everything was thawed and warm. Don’t know if I will order anything else.”

“Wonderful Roasted Hatch Green Chile as always. But Please bring back the package identification showing Mild, Medium and Hot. I buy sets of each kind and had to mark them myself to ensure I know what heat level I'm working with.”

“Always good. Use for my version of NM Green Chile Pulled Pork stew. Match amt of chiles with amt of pork shoulder. This crop was a little more mild than usual/expected, but is is easy to add more!”
