“I purchased the roasted and peeled "hot" green chile. The flavor is very good. So far, it is not as hot as I was expecting but I have only eaten one bag of the chile so far and the others might be hotter. I'll reserve final judgment until later but if you like your chile on the hotter side and haven't ordered before you might want to try the "very hot".”

“I grew up in NM and the the one thing I miss the most is the food especially the Hatch green chile. It’s hard to get it in the pacific north west I’ve tried different companies. I can’t even begin to tell you how happy I was to find your company. The green chile is amazing I finally can make authentic Mexican food again!! I love it you have a customer for life!!”

“These chiles are nicely intact--no rips--and well suited for rellenos. They are on the hot side which my grown daughter is not very fond. Otherwise, the flavor is wonderful. I will be buying them again, though I may get the medium hot variety next time.”

“I am a native New Mexican who has relocated out of state. I have ordered from other vendors only to be disappointed. I placed a fresh and already roasted and peeled order from The Hatch Chile Store. My order arrived quickly and it was just as promised. The chile is fresh and delicious. I will definately order again next year.”
