“The chiles were basically mush. I could not make any thing with them. The mild were great but I wasted $50 on hot.”

“I have been getting Hatch Green Chile for decades. Got Green Chile fresh when I lived in Albuquerque in the 1980s'. The local grocery store here in Oklahoma City gets Hatch Green Chile and does the roasting, but it's not like my roasting party, Albuquerque style. Best Green Chile out there. I get it frozen and fresh. My freezer is full, but I still feel it's not enough. I put Green Chile on everything. I am not done, y'all will hear from me again soon. Greg”

“I live in California and for years my mother who lives in Santa Fe would send me fresh roasted chili every year until she past away several years ago. I am so happy that I was able to order fresh chili from Hatch. I recently ordered my first patch of Hot roasted Hatch green chili from the Hatch Store and am very happy with the chili. The chilis are plump and the flavor is fresh with a little zing to the hotness of the chili. I am so happy with the chili that I am ordering more to hold me over until next years crop.”
