“My family grew up near Hatch NM and the chiles there were always the best. I still remember the smell when my dad would roast them. We all moved away but I sent some to my foodie of a brother as a birthday present and he was beyond thrilled to get a memory and taste of home....they are that good!”

“The chili always arrives perfectly packaged for storage and portioning when I need it. The chili is nicely peeled requiring very little prep from me and the flavor is always what I've come to expect. The chili are plump and delicious”

“A bit pricey but the hot roasted chile was excellent. It came packaged well with the dry ice still frozen. I received 2021 frozen batch. I will have to order now inJuly if I want batch 2022 during the chile season. Customer service is awesome!! Thank you!”
