As a Las Cruces native now living on the Atlantic coast of North Carolina I depend on this chile to make my breakfast eggs taste right and to remind me of my true home in the Mesilla Valley. “I love my order. I have always loved Hatch Green Chile both fresh and roasted. The only thing I would love more is if I could have ordered Extra hot roasted green chile. I will order Extra Hot Fresh Green and Roast it inside my house to get the Aroma of Roasted Chile. Awesome Aroma.”
