“Excellent flavor but would have liked it to be a little more hot. Great customer service. The time and effort in packing and shipping resulted in the chili arriving in perfect condition all the way to Alaska.”

“Anaheim Chile has always been my favorite Chile. The hotter the better. Making green Chile tamales, Chile Relleno, Chile verde, and green Chile stew is so much easier with your roasted peeled packs. For years, my family and I noticed, when we buy fresh chiles or your packs, when you buy ‘hot’, you really get 70% mild, and 30% hot. That’s why we like to buy extra hot chiles, then you get 15% mild, 55% hot, and 30% extra hot.”

“Had to throw it out due to it being shipped to the wrong address and was thawed when I finally got it. I was reimbursed but so sad not to have Chile. I just realized my new order has been mishipped. So disappointed. Thought we had the problem fixed.”

Hi Cheryl, So sorry about this issue. The shipping address has been changed and it has not been shipped yet so it will go to the correct address on Government St.
