“Flavorless. Was also not aware these were 2023 chiles. Complained. Was told "taste is subjective." Me and my family been eating chiles 40 plus years. This batch SUCKED. Unfortanately, will not be buying ever again. 9/10 edit NOW THEY ARE ASKING ME TO REVISE....NO WAY!”

“Previous attempt at self-roasting chilis, after a UPS delay in shipment, ended in failure. So…ordered already roasted hatch chilis. Excellent! Word to the wise to other Neanderthals like me…save yourself the effort and order the pre-roasted. I guess in a weak moment I thought I was Martha Stewart!”

“OMG!! As always feel like have returned home. Wonderful Chile. Impossible to find here in NW Florida. Dinner parties ALWAYS have some with Hatch Green Chile in some dish and the quest ALEAYS ask what it is and where can I get it! Just wonderful! As Always!!!”

“I've been eating the hot New Mex Green chile (NMGC) since the '60's as my mother was born in Albuquerque. At 87 she doesn't do the yearly roast anymore however you all have made it easy to order the same delicious NMGC whenever I want! Obtaining and delivery has changed immensely making the convenience so easy. I eat it literally daily with various dishes and now have my wife from the Philippines hooked as well. She especially loves omlettes loaded with chopped, roasted NMGC aleady preseasoned (by me) with salt and finely chopped garlic, topped with melted cheese. Mom takes it in her purse already prepared as well, to restaurants to add to her food. NMGC for life.”
