“We've ordered these hot, roasted Hatch Green Chiles three times now and LOVE them! We use them in soups and stews and also make salsa with them. We add them to eggs and sandwiches and anything else we think can use a delicious kick! They're so convenient because they're already roasted and we can thaw one, 1-pound package at a time so they last a long time in the freezer until we're ready for another batch. Our Hatch Chile Stew has become a favorite with our family and friends who always request it for special occasions!”

“I grew up in New Mexico and every Hatch Chile season we would purchase a large amount to roast. It brought back good memories. I wish Hatch chilie I purchased would have been roasted a little more. When I bite into the chile it was hard and and tough to bite off a piece. Just wished they had been roasted longer for a better experience”

“We've received multiple orders of these. We've always tried Big John's for chili rellenos but could only get mild or medium with any taste. These 5 lbs of hot will make about 10 rellenos, fairly meaty, and nice and hot, very tasty.”
