“tasty; however, I prefer to have the peels left on the chile and once I thaw it to prepare it, it retains the roasting flavor that the skin imparts to the flesh. Miss that and wish you kept them on!”

“I love hatch green chili. Whenever I visit my family in northern New Mexico I always stop by on the way back and buy a sack and get it roasted. This is the first time I’ve ordered it on line. It was really easy to do. The chili is great! My family and I really enjoy it. I will continue to order it on line if I don’t make a trip up north. Thank you”
