“I ordered hot since you didn't have it in X-HOT . The chili wasn't hot at all. We were disappointed as we expected at least some kick to it.”

“I was born and raised in the border country between Silver City and Hatch New Mexico, some 60+ years ago. Hatch was the Mecca of Green Chile then....it still is. Though I am now thousands of miles away, God's Country there is still considered my home, and the Hatch Chile Co. produces the finest and most authentic, traditional green and red chile prodiucts that can be found. “I was disappointed that it wasn’t spicier. I would rate it medium instead of hot. It is tasty, but if I ordered it again I would get the extra hot.”
